XADO Gel for Gasoline Engines protects engine parts against wear and actually replaces worn metal surfaces without overhaul. The XADO Gel forms a new cermet coating on friction surfaces resulting in revitalized engine exceeding the performance level of a new gas engine and will save you money before engine rebuild or major overhaul.
One treatment lasts 65,000 miles.
Advantages of XADO
Technical characteristics
General characteristics of the cermet layer:
- Microhardness – 750 kg/mm2
- Highly corrosion resistant
- Roughness Ra up to 0,06 mkm
Application:
Treatment of an engine with 3 to 10 quart oil capacity:
Step 1
Squeeze the contents of one XADO tube into the oil of a warmed up engine. Be careful not to drop the XADO tube into the crankcase)
Start the engine and let it idle for 5-10 minutes.
Step 2
Repeat with a second tube of XADO after about 100 miles of normal operation.
Step 3
Repeat with a third tube of XADO after about 100 miles of normal operation. After 800 more miles perform auto service and oil change as normal.
Dosage:
3 - 10 quarts oil capacity:
3 tubes of XADO for total treatment: 1+1+1
New engines: 2 tubes XADO
11-20 quarts oil capacity:
6 tubes of XADO for total treatment: 2+2+2
New engines: 4 XADO tubes
21 - 30 quarts oil capacity:
9 tubes of XADO for total treatment: 3+3+3
New engines: 6 tubes of XADO
Alow at least 1,000 miles total operation before changing the oil
Revitalization is considered to be completed after 1000 miles.
XADO Oil Treatment can be done by idling 4 hours per stage. New engines should be treated in one step using 2 tubes at one time.
The protective cermet coating forms on any working metal surface. In case of severe wear, worn parts must be replaced.
